How I Got Here?

I started building websites in 2010. My background is in real estate, and that’s where I learned the most important lesson in local marketing: the business that shows up first in local search usually gets the call. In real estate, if people couldn’t find me online, I didn’t get the business. So I learned how search really works, from the ground up.

That curiosity turned into something bigger than I expected. I grew my YouTube channel to more than 60,000 subscribers, and I built a real estate Facebook group with over 45,000 members. Growing those audiences taught me how Google and YouTube decide who gets seen and who gets ignored, and that is knowledge I now use every day.

Along the way, I’ve helped business owners, doctors, and nonprofits improve their online visibility and reach more people. I understand how to get discovered for specific keywords—and what it takes to help businesses show up in Google Search and Google Maps when local customers are looking for their services.
